The standard transmission features a mechanical gearbox with 4 ranges and four Powershift speeds providing a total of 16 forward and 12 reverse speeds with hydraulic reverse power shuttle. A creeper unit can also be factory fitted as an option to achieve 32FWD+24RV speeds.
The new advanced AutoSpeed system further enhances driving comfort by allowing the operator to shift through the powershift speeds and ranges by simply pressing the pushbuttons integrated on the multi-function joystick lever without having to depress the clutch pedal.
The highly sophisticated AutoSpeed provides additional functions such as skip shift, speed matching, start off speed and shuttle gear selection and replaces the standard range control lever thus maximising transmission control to achieve 16FWD+13RV speeds. Thanks to the reverse power shuttle, featuring an intermediate and neutral position, the reverse speed is automatically and progressively engaged by operating the relevant control lever without depressing the clutch pedal.
